Data Recovery Instructions
We can attempt the recovery of data from from faulty laptop, desktop, external USB hard drives and media cards in the following circumstances:
- The drive has been formatted or fdisked
- Accidental file deletion
- The drive makes clicking noises
- Damage due to a power failure or power surge
- The file system is missing or damaged
- Damage caused by computer viruses
- The primary or secondary hard disk has failed and the system BIOS displays the message "Primary hard disk failure" or "Secondary hard disk failure"
- The system displays the error message "boot disk error, insert boot disk press any key to continue"
- Data loss due bad sectors or bad blocks
- System displays the message "NTLDR is missing, Press any key to restart"
- The drive has a corrupt or damaged partition table
- The drive is not recognised by the BIOS
- The system displays the message "Operating system not found" or "Missing operating system"
- Blue screens or extremely slow computer performance while opening applications
