Support For Our Contract Support Clients
For our contracted clients we can use our Remote Support tools to provide a fast and in-depth analysis of the problem and provide a solution. At your request, we’ll flag the issue as an emergency and be on-site ASAP to resolve the problem. As a contracted Helpline Computer Services client you get prioritised access to emergency support.
