With a Standard Support Contract support, either online, remotely or by phone or email is never far away. Many problems can be solved without the need for an on-site visit. Although all our support contract clients (except those out of area) can also benefit from on-site visits if required. Most standard suppot work can be done quickly and efficiently by logging into your your system and sharing your screen.
