Standard Support

With a Standard Support Contract support, either online, remotely or by phone or email is never far away. Many problems can be solved without the need for an on-site visit. Although all our support contract clients (except those out of area) can also benefit from on-site visits if required. Most standard suppot work can be done quickly and efficiently by logging into your your system and sharing your screen. However there are still some things that benefit from an on-site visit and a standard support? contract ensures that you get a visit whenver you want or need one.

Scheduled Support
